It is with great sadness that the family of the late Peggy Cornect announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the age of 68 years. She will be sadly missed by her partner, James Rowe, 1 son, Glenn (Trudy Payne) of Kippens, 5 daughters: Elaine Marche of Cold Lake, Alberta, Berlin March of Cold Lake, Alberta, Betty(Gary) of Point au Mal, Martina White (Nicholas) of Ormocto, New Brunswick, Denise Marche-Frigault (Paul) of Cold Lake, Alberta, 4 brothers: Damien (Jean) Cornect of Brookland, Ontario, Felix (Elaine) Cornect of Port au Port, Randy (Diane) Cornect of Terris Bay, Ontario, Wade Cornect of Ormocto, New Brunswick, 1 sister, Betty Cornect-Simon (Austin) of Kippens, 8 grandchildren: Cody White, Devon Woslyng, Cole Hogan, Ren e Marche Snook, Riley Snook, Kristen Marche, Chad Marche, Mitchell Barry and 2 nephews who were like sons to her, Ross Stamp and Randy Stamp as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Martin Cornect and her parents Felix and Mary. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, January 17th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with Interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
