At QE II Infirmary, Halifax, on Thursday, January 10, 2013, the passing of Shayne L. McQuaid occurred after a prolonged illness.
A memorial is to be held at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford, on Saturday, January 19, 2013, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dialysis Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, P.E.I., in his name.
