The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, of Joe MacKenzie of Canoe Cove, age 75 years. Beloved husband of Clarinda (Cindy) (nee Simpson). Dear father of Richard (Laura), Brian (Terri), Jeff (Cindy), Carl (Audrey) and Lisa (Steven) Stead. Grandfather of 17 grandchildren and great-grandfather of two. Brother of Caroline MacDougall. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Thursday from Canoe Cove Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
