HADDAD, MARTHA C. - Martha C. Haddad, 92, of Riverview and formerly of Blythwood Ave., passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday morning, January 19, 2013. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late John and Ethel (O’Donnell) Barry. Martha was a former employee of the Moncton Board of Trade (Chamber of Commerce) and attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Riverview. She took great pride in her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed socializing with her friends and family. Martha will be sadly missed by her son, Dale Ronalds (Donna) of Riverview; precious grandchildren, Jessica (John) and Sarah (Jordan); three great grandchildren, Brady, Madelyn and Sophie; niece, Catherine Nozewski of Port Coquitlam, BC. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Harry Ronalds (1956) and second husband, George Haddad (1987), one brother, Roderick Barry and one sister, Mary Morash.
Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Parish Prayers and Sharing of Memories for Martha will be held on Monday from 8:30 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Riverview on Tuesday January 22, 2013 at 10:00 am with Rev. Phil Mulligan officiating. Interment will be held at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, in the spring. In Martha’s memory, donations to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital or Immaculate Heart of Mary Renovation Fund.
