The silence seems too much when we try to hear your voice,
We long to see your beautiful face,
To feel your hugs and kisses on our cheeks.

The days aren’t as bright as they once were,
The nights so much darker as if the stars lost their sparkle,
But when the warm winds blow we feel your love.

We hold our memories near, wishing we could make more,
Our time together was short but so precious to us,
