FISHER, RONALD DOUGLAS - At the Oromocto Public Hospital, January 27, 2013, Ronald Douglas Fisher, 62, of Lincoln, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Truro NS, he was the son of the late Douglas and Mildred (Tracy) Fisher. Ron was a musician for many years, working for KHJ and Scott’s Nursery for many years. He is survived by his brother Mark Fisher. Predeceased by his parents, one brother, David and his faithful companion of 10 years, Goldie the golden retriever.
There will be no visitation or service by request. Interment will take place in the Harvey Community Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society has been suggested by the family. Bishop’s Funeral Home (458-1885) have been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
