WILLIAMS, FLORENCE - Florence Williams, 94, of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at the Moncton Hospital. Born on May 14, 1918 in Edmundston, she was the daughter of the late Rosimond and Exelda (Cormier) d’Ambroise. She is survived by seven children: Rita Lucier of Massachussetts, Aline Cormier, Loretta Cormier, Eddy (Gloria), John, Andy and Ted (Aline), all of Moncton; one brother, Roger of Toronto, ON; 26 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Edmond Williams; an infant daughter, Loretta; four sisters: Ida, Minnie, Irene and Helene; three brothers: Ernest, Isaac and Lawrence.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce R.C.Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. www.frenettefuneralhome.com
