With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Elizabeth Jane Connolly who passed peacefully away at her residence on January 21st, 2010 at the age of 100 years. Predeceased by her husband Fred Connolly, grandson Todd Connolly, as well as her parents, brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn her children: Bill (Josephine) and Mercedes (Ed Escott); grandchildren: Tracy (Terry), Edwina (Bill), David (Heather) and Lee; great-grandchildren: Courtney, Terri-Lynn, Tyler, Katie and Fallyn; special nieces: Maud, Nell and Julie, as well as other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Friday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, January 23rd, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in memory of her grandson Todd to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
