HUNTER, KIMBERLY - It is with profound sadness that the family of Kimberly Lorraine (Richards) Hunter announces that she passed away in the arms of her husband on February 3, 2013 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. She was the daughter of Edward and Edith Richards, and wife of Michael Hunter. Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick on September 11, 1967, she was 45. Kimberly had a big heart and always helped others before helping herself. She enjoyed reading and spending time gardening. Kimberly is survived by her husband, Michael; sons, Cecil and Jesse; daughters, Kandice, Amanda, and Kandice’s daughter, Emily; mother, Edith Richards; sister, Flora (Dan) McNeil; brother, Stephen; mother in law, Gay Hunter and two special friends, Lisa Waterfield and Tanya Davidson. She was predeceased by her father, Edward and her father in law, Burke. The family would like to thank the staff of the Palliative Care Unit in Oromocto Public Hospital for all their hard work.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the Geary United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Robert Foster officiating.
