DICKSON, LINDA - Linda Jeanine Dickson (73) died suddenly and unexpectedly while travelling, on February 1, 2013. The daughter of Ralph and Doris (Blair) Graham. She is survived by husband of 51 years, Clayton and sons, Clayton Jr. (Susan) and Blair (Dana). Beloved grandmother to Oliver, Jake and Dax Dickson. Sister of David Graham (St. Andrews, N.B.). She has seven nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Doris Graham; sister, Amy Townsend; infant son, Nicholas; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Graham. Linda was a generous and loving mother and grandmother. She took great pride in watching their lives develop and in all of their achievements. She was a life-long resident of St. Andrews, N.B. and enjoyed travelling to Florida during the past 20 winters. She graduated from Vincent Massey High School and attended business school in Fredericton, N.B. She returned to St. Andrews after marriage and worked at The Bank of Nova Scotia for several years. Later on, she assisted her husband in real estate. Linda enjoyed collecting small antiques and decorating their home with all her finds from near and far. You never knew what treasure would appear on your next visit. She was especially fond of angels. An avid reader, she enjoyed everything from fiction to decorating and architectural magazines. She also enjoyed gardening. Her flowers, window boxes and pots were perfectly resplendent each summer.
Resting at the Wesley United Church, St. Andrews, N.B from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 2 PM. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Interment will be held at the St. Andrews Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Andrews, N.B., at a later date.
