SMITH, William G.– Passed away suddenly in the presence of his loving family at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, on Wednesday, January 20th, 2010. William Smith, a retired employee of the Canadian Coast Guard, age 76 years. Leaving to mourn his wife of 27 years, Pamela (Kelloway), daughter Donna Howell (Brian), son Mark (Kim), step-sons Rodney Butler, Ian Butler (Stacy); eight grandchildren; brother Eric (Cathy); mother-in-law Loretta Kelloway; sisters-in-law: Louisette Smith, Donna Kelloway, Elizabeth Kelloway and Sharon Kelloway (Peter) and many extended family and friends. As per William’s request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Special thanks to Dr. Tom Smith for his care over the many years.
