It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marion M. Hinks announce her passing on Friday, February 8th,2013 at the LOng Term Care Unit in her 91 st year. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, children John, Sheila (Woodrow) Gilley, Karl (Doris), Caroline (Jerry) Smith all of Deer Lake, Roderick (Lisa) of Alberta. 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. One sister Violet Hall of Stephenville. Her daughter-in-law Linda HInks. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas, son Maurice, brother Henry, sisters Mary, and Nina. Visitation will take place from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 Northmain Street Deer Lake on Saturday 7-9pm., Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral mass will take on Monady at 10:30 am from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Robertson officiating. Interment to follow at the family plot on Wights Road.
