Born in Summerside on March 29, 1937 daughter of Muriel (MacKay) Crozier Brown of Kensington and the late Reagh Crozier. Wife of Ken Blakeney, mother of Beverley (Kevin) Waugh, Wilmot Valley, Brian Blakeney, Calgary, Blaine Blakeney, Georgetown, Barbara Lewis, Lower Sackville, Brenda Smith, Calgary, Barry (Jewel) Blakeney, Eastern Passage and Bonita MacKenzie, Summerside. Mother-in-law of Giovanni Bianchinni, Cuba. Grandmother to Sarah (Mark) Peters, Emily, Jennifer and Thomas Waugh, Jeremy, Joshua, Vanessa, Jason, Kenny, Natalie and Amanda Blakeney, Dylan Lewis, Govan Bianchinni, Dustin, Rebecca and Aimee Smith. Great-grandmother to William, Bayley and (Maxime Jan. 26, 2010) Peters, Julia Blakeney, Zachary Smith and Lyla Blakeney. Sister of Evelyn Dalton, Charlottetown. Predeceased by stepfather Harry Brown, daughter Belinda Biannchini and granddaughter Mary Ellen Waugh. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington for visitation on Monday from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in People's Cemetery, Kensington.
