BRADBIN, VERNA D. - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Verna Dora (Gogan) Bradbin wife of the late William Bradbin which occurred on February 12, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on April 24, 1920 in Saint John she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Matilda (Goguen) Gogan. She is survived by one son, Wayne Bradbin; two daughters, Brenda Smith (Dale) both of Saint John; and Carol Walsh (Rick) of Rothesay; one grandchild, Stacie Smith; one great–grandson, Aiden Hook; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by one granddaughter, Sheila Hook; four brothers, Edward, Clifford, Albert and Angus Gogan; five sisters, Eva Murphy, Kay Leblanc, Eileen MacMillian, Genevieve Goguen and Armenie Reid.
Resting at Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (6347425) with visiting on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 15, 2013 from St. Rose of Lima Parish at 12 Noon. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery.
