CAISSIE, YVONNE - 1919 - 2013 - Yvonne Caissie, 93 of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Friday, February 15th, 2013. She was married to the late Ernest Caissie (1995). Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Vital and the late Caroline (Collette) Collette. She will be sadly missed by her eight children; Anne-Marie Brun of Shediac, Yvonne Benoit of Bouctouche, Aline McLaughlin (Ernest Cormier) of Saint-Antoine, Diane Caissie (Steeve Lane) of Moncton, Jeannita Gautreau (Mike) of Sainte-Anne de Kent, Henri (Odette) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Vital and Lionel of Bouctouche, twenty four grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister Aline Cormier of Bouctouche and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son Albert (2009).
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Sunday, February 17th, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Monday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Monday, February 18th, 2013 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring. In Yvonne’s memory donations can be made to the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital Foundation.
