ROBERTS, BRIAN - Brian G. Roberts, 64, of Moncton, with his loving family at his side, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday morning, February 16, 2013. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Lambert and Ada (Peters) Roberts. Brian was retired from the City of Moncton, Board of Works Dept. with 39 years service. He enjoyed country music, playing crib, spending time at the family camp (Salmon River Road), fishing, drives on country back roads watching for wild animals, socializing with his friends and spending time with his family. Brian will be sadly missed by his wife, Deborah (Debbie) (Anderson) Roberts; daughters, Ashley Roberts, Jennifer Laxton (Rodney), Jaclyn Mazerolle (Danny) all of Moncton; precious grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Molly and Brady; sister, Freda Wilson (late Clarence), Moncton; brother, Harold, Moncton; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Anna; and brothers, James (Jim-Bob) and Wallace (BoBo).
Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Tuesday, 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 1:30pm with Rev. Harold MacDonald officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service.
