The death occurred peacefully, and surrounded by her loving family, at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, P.E.I., on Wednesday, June 11, 2008, of Amy E. McGuinness, formerly of Dublin, Ireland, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her husband, Patrick and daughter Stephanie MacKenzie. She is survived by her children, Paul (Tanja), Keith (Deborah) and Collette Vessey (Keir); nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. After cremation, there will be a celebration of her life in August at a time to be decided upon. If so desired, donations may be made to the IWK or the Children’s Wish Foundation.
