PAGE, E. LOUISE - Mother of five, grandmother of eleven, great-grandmother of five and teacher of many, E. Louise (Anderson) Page died peacefully Tuesday, February 19, 2013 with many of her family present and all of her family and friends near in heart. As a young mother, Louise returned to teaching dedicating thirty years to her profession and to the hundreds of children who came under her care. As a part of her community work, she served as Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star. For the twenty years following her retirement, she spent her summers at the ocean shore near St. Andrews where another circle of friends came to know her generous and quietly humorous spirit. Louise is survived by her husband of 59 years, Raymond; her children, Linda (Brian) Kilpatrick, Cynthia Hines, Granville Page, Janice Page, Rayma Dawn Veniot (Dan Petrie); grandchildren, Jared (Darcy) Kilpatrick, Megan (Jonny) Munro, Jon (Laura) Hines, Matt Hines, Dan Hines, Patricia Hines, Jacqueline Page (Kelly Engebretson), Jacob Bartlett, Sarah Bartlett, Granville Bartlett, Ashley Veniot; great-grandchildren, Adley and Eva Kilpatrick, Ruby Munro, Grace Hines and Madison Sanford. She is also survived by her sister, Diane (Richard) Trafford and her brother Robert D. (Shirley) Anderson and their families. She was predeceased by her father, Wiley Anderson, her mother Elizabeth (Lizzie) Anderson Reeleder and her step-father, Ronald Reeleder.
Visitation will be held at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, on Thursday, February 21, 2013, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2013, from Saint James United Church, 120 Chapel Street, Woodstock. In Louise's memory, donations may be made to St. Paul's United Church Cemetery Fund in Centreville, Saint James United Church General Fund in Woodstock, or a charity of the donor's choice.
