Rosemary J. Dumais passed away peacefully on February 18, 2013 in Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida, just prior to her 78th birthday and her 55th wedding anniversary, due
to complications from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF).
She lives in Richardson, Texas but spends the winters in Palm Beach Gardens aboard Gear Down V.
She is survived by her loving husband Dick, her four children: David, Steven, Laura and Lynn; her six grandchildren: Dominique, Dillon, Thomas, Daniel, Sarah and Michael; her brother Ron Lane, sister Bettyann Jennings and cousin and close childhood friend Tish
Brissette.
She was born in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, Canada. She attended St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia where she and Dick fell in love! Rosemary graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1957 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting). . . . And is referred to as the smartest student ever taught!
Rosemary was a kind, selfless, strong woman, loved by many. She helped build Texas Moving Company along with Dick beginning in 1975. She enjoyed going to mass every Sunday, playing bridge with her friends and dinner parties and cruises with the gang.
She was a great copilot for Dick all through life.
