Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family Clarence Browne of Mount Arlington Heights and formerly of Bar Haven, Placentia Bay. Predeceased by wife Julia, sister Mary grandchildren Patricia and Leo. Leaving to cherish his memory are 7 sons and 3 daughters; Dermot (Mary), Brendan (Laura), Pat (Marjorie), Kevin (Bernie), Jim (Sheila), Sheila (Gordon Murphy), Bill (Marjorie), Howard (Pam Walter), Betty ( Francis Whiffen), Joan (Melvin Smith) . Also 25 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, management, staff and residents of Beachside Manor, Placentia. Resting at Holloway’s Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation on Monday, March 4 from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm. Tuesday, March 5 10:00 am - noon. Followed by Funeral service at 2:00 pm from St. Jerome’s Church, Long Harbour. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Long Harbour Cemetery Fund. He always stood for what was right and good and for this we shall forever cherish his memory.
