1958 - 2013
Passed away after a short and courageous battle with cancer on March 5th, 2013. Predeceased by his father Michael O’Brien; brother Gerard and grandparents: Clem and Bridget Battcock and Dennis and Mary O’Brien. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his mother, Ellen (Nellie) O’Brien (nee Battcock); brothers: Derek (Bev), Dennis, Wayne (Roxanne), Brian, Michael (Charlene), Darryl (Julie). Always adored and missed by nieces and nephews, Christopher, Kayla, Dexter, Kelsey, Jake O’Brien and Felecity Crane. Also a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Wednesday, March 6th from 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Thursday, March 7th from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, March 8th at 2 p.m. from Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Calvert. Interment to follow at Holy Trinity R. C. Cemetery, Ferryland.
