EBBETT, ERNEST - Ernest Ford Ebbett, 64, of Jacksontown, NB passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at his residence. Ernie was born Woodstock, NB on March 29, 1948 son of late Ford and Evelyn (Bell) Ebbett. Ernie is survived by his wife, Nancy Ebbett, sister; Ruth McLean, nieces; Sandra, Sara, nephew, Tim, several cousins. Besides his parents Ernie was predeceased by a sister, Lois. Ernie graduated from CRHS, NB technical school in Moncton. He worked in the automotive industry for 25 years selling an intangible service which allowed him to meet many interesting people and travel to many places; Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Las Vegas, Las Angeles. He was Jack of few trades and master of some. Strived to see the glass half full and if it wasn’t corrected it. Missed by a few, loved by many and has gone home to be with his parents, Ford and Evelyn, sister, Lois. “He lived, loved, cried, died, had a few regrets, but made best of the situations. Made a few mistakes but would repeat them, given the chance since the first time was so much fun! Hope to see you later"
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 1 PM to 2 PM. Funeral service will be held from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM. Interment will be in the Jacksontown Cemetery at a later date.
