At Western Hospital, Alberton, Wednesday, March 6, 2013, of Edgar Franklyn Sentner, Alberton, aged 72 years.
Born in Roseville August 23, 1940, son of the late Emmett and Francis (nee Matthews) Sentner. Dear father to Kevin (Kelly), Huntley; Sonya, Charlottetown; Chris (Willie), New Lowell, ON; Jim, Grand Prairie; Natalie (Wade), Cascumpec; and Kelly Dawn (Junior), Alberton. Cherished grandfather to Nicco, Santana, Creed, Brad, Julia, Jill, Sawyer, Mallory, Janelle, Caleigh, Kendall and William. Edgar is also survived by brothers and sisters: Miriam Thomson, O'Leary; Percy (Norma), O’Leary; Verouse (Helen) Sentner, Cape Wolfe; Elizabeth “Betty” Grant, Vernon River; Arlene (Doug) Smith, O’Leary; David (Bonnorae), Piusville; Emily (David) Ellsworth, St. Lawrence; Linda (Percy) Manuel, Edmonton; Gary (Rhoda) Sentner, St. Lawrence; and sister-in-law, Mary Kay Sentner, Summerside. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Marlene Millman; and his mother-in-law; Ruth Millman, Alberton. Predeceased by parents; son-in-law, Michael Coughlin; and brother, John.
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours Friday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral will be held Saturday in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Miminegash United Church Cemetery.
