Suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, June 16, 2008, of Benny Parsons of Beach Grove Home and formerly of Charlottetown, age 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Hilda Elizabeth Parsons and loving father of Sekai, Terry (Tricia), Heather (Wally Jones), Barry, Scott (Julie Colterjohn), Cheryl, Kim, Mark (Jo-Anne) and Kirk. Benny is also survived by his grandchildren, Glenn, Adam, Sojourner, Aria, Paloma, Jourdan, Erin, Jaz, Robin, Samuel; and great-grandchildren, Caleb and Jaydon. A memorial service will be held at Stratford Chapel, Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, on Thursday, June 19, at 3 p.m. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
