After a courageous battle with cancer, Mildred passed away at the Dr. G.B.Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville. Predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Ronald, daughters, Miriam and Wanda and son, Gerald. She is survived by sons, Ronald (Florence), Leo (Rosalie), Edward (Ruth), Clarence (Sandra), Barry (Sandra), Majella; daughters, Catherine (John- deceased), Margeurite (Ken), Beverly (Calvin), Dolores (Gordon) and Ann (Perry); 21 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Rested at St. Patricks Roman Catholic Church, Plate Cove from where the funeral service, officiated by Father Brian Colbourne, took place on Thursday, March 7, 2013 with interment following.
