It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of our father, grandfather and brother on March 11, 2013. Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Violet Thomas. He is survived by his loving companion Edith French; children: Carl (Claudette), Darlene (Tony), Bob (Carol Ann), Debbie (Steve) and their mother Pauline Thomas. Edith’s children: Paul (Brenda), Perry (Roz), Peter (Andrea), Pearce (Sharon), and Sherry (Paul); grandchildren: Tina, Jimmy, Kenny, Heather, Michael, Ann-Marie, Melanie and Kaitlyn. Edith’s grandchildren: David, Krista, Karla, Josh, Jessica, Kayla and Holly; great-grandchildren Emma, Domenic, Liam, and Alicia; brother Art (Brenda); sisters: Florence (Bill), Ruth (Angus) as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 and Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from Barrett’s Chapel on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 10 a.m. with interment to take place following the service at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Rd.
