Passed away suddenly at the Waterford Hospital on Monday, February 1, 2010 at the age of 60. Predeceased by his mother (Nora) and father (John). Leaving to mourn brother Bill (Pat), Cy (Louanne), Ed, Mike (Loretta); sisters Betty (Bill Doyle), Jean (Dennis Lawlor), Gen (Bill McDonald), Ann (Murray Bouther), Theresa (Wayne Peacock); as well as a large number of nieces and nephews. A sincere heartfelt thanks to the staff of West 2A of the Waterford Hospital for their years of unwavering care and attention that Jack received during his lengthy stay. The family is eternally grateful. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday, February 4 from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, February 5 from St. Teresa’s Church at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Jack’s memory may be made to the Mental Health Program, c/o Health Care Foundation.
