Born in Westville, on Aug. 14, 1940, she was the middle child of the late Ranald “Dinny†and Viola (Garvin) Carrigan.
She married Allan Campbell Jr. in 1964 and they resided and raised their family in Sydney, NS, St. Stephen, NB and Antigonish, NS.
Mom was blessed with the “gift of the gabâ€. Her smile could light up any room. She faced life’s hardships with a sense of humor and always wanted to make those around her feel better. We have lost our “rock†but will cherish the many memories and all the things she taught us. You are at peace now and all your pain is gone. We know you will always be with us ; you are greatly loved.
Surviving are her husband, Allan; daughters, Paula Clark (Fall River, NS); Catherine Campbell Wilson (Toronto, ON); sons-in-law, Scott Clark and Chris Wilson; and the joy of Grammy’s life, Sophie and William Clark. She also leaves behind her siblings: Thelma Green, Dobie, ON; Anna Kyle, New Glasgow; Barbara Marchant, Minot, ND; Vernon Carrigan, Carl Carrigan and Theresa Carrigan, all of New Glasgow NS; special chosen sister, Judy Surette of Sydney NS. Aunt Aggie loved all of her many nieces and nephews and had many dear friends wherever she lived.
