ROY, JOCELYN “JOE” ANDRÉ - The unexpected death of Jocelyn Roy occurred in Moncton on Friday, March 15, 2013. He was born on November 18, 1980 in Saint John to Georges and Noëlline (Ouellette) Roy. Jocelyn was a Truck and Transport Technician working at Parts for Trucks. In his spare time, Jocelyn watched NASCAR and was an avid pool player. He was a loving son, brother and godfather and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Besides his parents, Jocelyn is survived by his brother, Phillipe (Nicole) of Grand Bay-Westfield; sister, Mélanie Keith (Steven) of Quispamsis; niece/god-daughter, Jacqueline and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents: Paul-René and Marthe Roy and Yvon and Yvette Ouellette.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint-François-de-Sales Church, 291 Boars Head Road, Saint John on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place at a later date.
