Passed peacefully away at The Glenbrook Lodge on March 16, 2013, Maxwell Bishop aged 84 years. Left with loving memories his wife Violet of 61 years; 2 children: Tony and Paulette Gillis (Damien); grandchildren: Adam (Amy), Matthew (Lori) and Lee; great-grandchildren: Max and Tyson; sister Beatrice Sweetapple (Glovertown); also a number of relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Sunday, March 16 from 7-9 p.m. and Monday, March 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place from The Salvation Army Citadel, Adams Ave on Tuesday, March 19 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road.
