ALLAIN, YVONNE - 1919 - 2013 - Yvonne Allain, 94, of Foyer Saint-Antoine and formerly of Sainte-Marie de Kent, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Foyer Saint-Antoine on Sunday, March 17th, 2013. She was married Léo Allain whom she shared her life with for 68 years. Born in Saint-Antoine, she was the daughter of the late Henri and the late Lucianne (Belliveau) LeBlanc. Yvonne was a very active participant of the Kent Co. Agricultural Fair where she put several articles on display for numerous years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Léo, her seven children; Valmond (Rose-Marie) of Moncton, Laurie of Rogersville, Jeannita Beaulieu (André) of Fox Creek, Alfreda Caissie (Hector) of Dieppe, Lucille Robichaud (Éric) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Cécile Daigle (Normand) of Richibucto and Gloria Daigle (Eugère) of Aldouane; eleven grandchildren: Daniel, Marc, Jérémie, Chantal, Gaétan, Marco, Parise, Sylvie, Pierre-Luc, Martin and Monica; six great grandchildren: Catherine, Myriam, Audrey, Érica, Cécilie and Jacob; two brothers: Ariste (Thérèse), Émile (Anna); one sister-in-law Lorainne Robitaille and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one son; Alfred in infancy and one brother Edmond.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Wednesday, March 20th, 2013 from 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine Church on Thursday, March 21st, 2013 at 4:00 pm with interment in the Saint-Marie de Kent parish Cemetery in the spring.
