GAGNON, GERMAINE - 1916 - 2013 - Germaine Gagnon, 96, of McDougall Settlement, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 17th, 2013 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center. Born December 25th, 1916 in Grande-Digue, she was the daughter of the late Évariste and Mélina (Léger) Hébert. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 74 years, Alban; one daughter, Gilberte Surette (Norman) of Shediac River; four sons: Eric (Léontine) of Moncton, Clarence (Aline) of Notre-Dame, Gérald (Roberte) of McDougall Settlement and Roméo of Charlottetown, PEI; five brothers: Pierre (Jeanne), Adrien (Dora), Laurie (Laudia), Yvon (Géraldine) all of Cap de Cocagne and Wilfred (Jeannine) of Shediac; five sisters: Anida Légère (late Alonzo), Dorice Caissie (late Normand), Annette Légère (Alcide) all of Cap de Cocagne, Viola Gallant (late Alyre) of St-Antoine and Rita Surette (late Léopold) of Shediac; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by two sisters: Eva Mai Bourgeois and Bernadette Freeze; one brother, Théodule.
