It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Herman White announce his passing at the Palliative Care Unit of the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the age of 77 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Elizabeth of 55 years; children: Danny (Debbie Carley) White, Vicky (Bruce) Brake, Debbie (Glenn) Stanford, Kathy Mitchell, Kerry (Penny) White, Shirley (Jamie) Park; grandchildren: Tara and Danielle White, Bruce Junior and Brandon Brake, Jessica and Melissa Stanford, Sean Mitchell, Jordan, Ryan and Cameron Park; great-grandchildren: Daniel Dart, Bella and Maci Brake and Aiden Brake; sister Mary Mosher (Wilfred); brother Walter White; special friends: Bert and Gladys Dalley, and a large circle of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents: Joseph and Gertrude White; brother Austin White; sisters: Jean Mooney and Sylvia McPhail and grandson Stephen Brake. Visitation took place from Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road, Corner Brook, on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday between the hours of 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 2 p.m. with Reverend Baxter Park officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Dialysis Unit or The Kidney Foundation.
