At the P.E.I. Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, of Mrs. Florence J. MacLeod (nee Ward) of Hartsville, age 101 years.
Beloved wife of the late M. Lloyd MacLeod; and dear mother of Roddy MacLeod of Hartsville and Marilyn (Billy) Kennedy of Stanchel. Loving Gram to Diane Boswall, Jamie MacLeod, Carolyn Mooney, Andrew MacLeod, Anita MacDougall, Dawna Lee O’Connor, Debra Lynn Trainor, Sandra Marchbank, Scott Kennedy and Blair Kennedy; and Great-Gram to 19 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Earl; her daughter-in-law, Phyllis MacLeod; and great-grandsons, Ethan and Jack Kennedy in infancy.
Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Hartsville Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
