It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bruce Harvey Nichols announce his passing on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 74th year. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Alma (nee Young); his children: Carol (Frank), Terry (Lorinda), Ricky (Cindy), Stephen (Julia), and Jamie (Glenda), grandchildren: Derek, Kelly, Sharlene (Matt), Kathlene (Marc), Kiera (Matt), Tara Dawn (Jonathan), Patrick (Ashley), Tyler and Matthew (Jody); great-grandchildren: Amelia, Madelin, Dylan, Blake, Tiawna, Dawson and Dominic; his siblings: Calvin (Edna), Melvin (Grace), Ivan (Joan), Wayne (Donna), Terry (Georgina) Alice, Irene (Garland) and Sharon (Randy). His best friends Shirley and Don Cross as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Reta & Roy Nichols, sister Nellie and brother-in-law Moses. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will take place on Friday at 2:00 p.m. from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 Northmain Street, Deer Lake.
