With great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dad, Gil Musgrove, at the age of 85 on March 12, 2013.
Dad was a true colorful character of Gibsons who loved to give nicknames to people he came to know. A few of his nicknames were The Foreman, Solomio, Bunky, Owly, Jiggy, Doll, Lou Bobs, Tiddler Diddler, Sticky Ricky, the boys and many more.
He was a soccer coach, a great gardener, and in the later part of his life, a recycler well known to upper Gibsons. Dad always gave us lots to laugh about.
We, Mike (Eloise), Marilynne (Dino), Joe, Doreen, and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends will truly miss him and his friendly, funny ways.
An informal gathering will be held on the lounge side of the Gibsons Legion on Sunday, April 14, 2013 from 2-4pm.
