DEMONT, JUNE ROSE RUTH - 1939 - 2013 - June Demont, 73 years, of Moncton passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital from Lung Cancer, on Friday, March 29, 2013. Born in Regina, Sask she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Thelma (Henry) Dixon. June was a stay at home mom throughout her life and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by her daughters Carol Ann (Doran) Goodwin of Moncton and Elizabeth Doran of Vancouver; sons Mark, Wayne and Randy all from Western Canada; grandchildren Michael (Amy) Doran of Calgary, Krystal Goodwin (Devon) of Moncton, Jessie Hanif of ON, Katelyn Alexander of Moncton, Sarah and Scott; daughter in law Kathy Alexander of Moncton, Nephew Tony Harrison of Moncton; family friend Roberta Lane of Moncton. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother Barry Dixon.
At her request there will be no viewing, visitation or funeral service. Friends and family are welcome to the home of June's daughter Carol Ann at 178 Liberty Cres. Moncton on Monday April 1, 2013 between the hours of 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Donations in June's memory can be made to the memorial of the donor's choice.
