The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, April 1, 2013, of Milton "Mike" Ballem of Summerside, aged 64 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late William and Florence (Campbell) Ballem. Survived by his sister Ethel Ballem-Enman, Summerside; brothers Thomas Ballem, Yellowknife, NT; Kenneth Ballem, Summerside; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers William, Fred, Peter and James Ballem, and by his sisters Margaret Wagner and Helen Cowell. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No visitation or funeral service by personal request. Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
