Eleftherios Spero Hilton Paravantes passed away peacefully on March 26, 2013 at the age of 78.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Mavis, and his sons Peter (Mayumi), Dean (Jennifer), and Andrew. Ted will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Branden, Natasha and Nina; his brother Dean (Jane); his nephews Simeon (Maria) and Nicolas (Semana); as well as many relatives and friends.
Ted was a respected educator in the Kamloops School District for 35 years. He loved camping, fishing, traveling, storytelling and spending time with his family.
The Funeral Liturgy will be held in Kamloops at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of All Saints, 1044 - 8th Street on Thursday, April 4th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
