Passed peacefully away at the Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge Nursing Home on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, Marion Cooper, aged 102 years. Predeceased by husband Cecil; parents Joseph and Annabell Noseworthy. Left to celebrate her life are daughter Wavey Andrews (Calvin); granddaughter Kim Goobie (Rick) of Grand Falls; grandsons: Ken Andrews (Kim) of Grand Falls and Brad Andrews (Rhonda) of C.B.S.; great-grandchildren: Lori Ann and Jerry Goobie of Grand Falls, Brook and Ryan Andrews of Grand Falls and Madison Andrews of C.B.S.; brothers: Gerald Noseworthy of Mt. Pearl and William J. Noseworthy of St. John’s; sister-in-law Betty Noseworthy; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., St. John’s on Wednesday, February 10th from 2-9 p.m. and Thursday, February 11th from 9 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service will be held from the Salvation Army Citadel, Adams Ave. on Thursday, February 11th at 2:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
