NICKERSON (Shay), Sean Paul- of Guelph Ontario and formerly of Yarmouth Nova Scotia, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on April 6, 2013 at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Sean was born in Yarmouth on July 30, 1982 and was a son to Kevin and Donna (LeBlanc) Nickerson. Sean worked for Linamar Corporation as a technician. His greatest passion was his music and playing guitar. He enjoyed working on cars and loved his “Caddie”. Sean had a love for life and his many friends and family. Besides his parents Sean is survived by his brother, Aaron (Jessica), Yarmouth; sister, Sheri Nickerson, Yarmouth; grandparents, Arnold and Pauline Nickerson, Overton, Yarmouth Co.; Marjorie LeBlanc, Yarmouth; nieces, Morgan, Carlie, Gracie; special friends, Ron and Ian and their families in Guelph Ontario. Sean is predeceased by his grandfather Paul “Tommy” LeBlanc. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A celebration of his life will be held April 20, 2013 at 4 p.m. from 11 Haley Road in Yarmouth. Donations in Sean’s memory may be made to the I.W.K Hospital.
