It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of John Ball at his home in Stoney Creek, on Monday, Feb, 8, 2010, at the age of 68.
Loving father of John Jr. of Paris and Marg (Lutz) of Kitchener. Dear brother of Cordell (Helen) of Sydney, N.S. and sister Penny Kirchner of Burlington. Proud Grandpa of Nicole and Christopher Knabe. He will be greatly missed by all his nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents, William and Jessie Ball, sister, Lucille and brother-in-law, John Kirchner.
Visitation at Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), Burlington, 905-632-3333, on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will take place Saturday, Feb.13, 2010 at 1 p.m. Interment Burlington Memorial Gardens, with a reception to follow.
If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
