It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bertram Payne announce his passing on Friday, April 12,2013 at the Western Memorial Hospital in his 85th year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Sarah, special niece Darlene Wells and her children Toby and Stacy, sister-in-law Elizabeth Payne, special sister-in-law Sybil Dollimount and her children Lee Dollimount and family, and Donna Crocker and family; also a numerous number of nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends. He was predeceased by his parents Margaret and Joseph, siblings: Charles, Chesley, Clayton, Clyde, Ella and Elizabeth. As per Bertram’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 14, 2013 from 3-4 p.m. and 7-9 pm. from the St Mary’s Anglican Church in Cow Head, where also a memorial service will take place on Monday at 2:00 pm. with Rev Jean Brenton officiating. Interment at the family plot. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation or St. Mary’s Anglican Church.
