With regret, we announce the passing of Gary ‘Doc’ Marchesin after a long illness on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, in Alton, Ont.
Son of the late Samuel and Catherine (Getto) Marchesin. Beloved husband of Cathy White, formerly of New Waterford. Cherished father of Jennifer (husband Brad). Proud grandfather of Ethen and Owen. Brother of the late Donald and Joseph Marchesin, brother of Lloyd, dearly missed by sisters, Cecilia, Rose (Tom) Head, Lorraine (Bernie) Burke and Mahdonna, all of New Waterford. Forever missed by numerous nephews and nieces and special friends.
Memorial services for family and friends in Alton, Ont. Memorial services and burial in New Waterford at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the S.P.C.A., a charity close to Gary’s heart.
