GAUTHIER, FAYE - The death of Faye Norma Gauthier, loving mother, sister, and friend occurred on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at the Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born December 24, 1927 to the late Ronald and Elsie (Brown) Humphrey. She worked for many years at the Brook Bond (Red Rose Tea) until her retirement in 1982. Faye loved spending time and making memories with her friends and family, and she enjoyed her many outings at the mall with Norma. She received excellent care at the Rocmaura Nursing Home throughout her stay there. She is survived by her loving daughters Linda Reed and Beverly Humphrey (Stephen) of Saint John; grandchildren Tracey (Daniel), Craig (Benita), Justin (Erin), Michael (Stephanie); great grandchildren Megan and Emily; great-great grandchildren Carson, Chase, Hayden; and very good lifelong friend Norma Halliday. Besides her parents she is predeceased by her husband Gerald; brothers Ronald, Raymond, David, Arthur, Francis, Robert, and Murray Humphrey.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Thursday April 18, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 2:30p.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
