Passed peacefully away at his residence on April 17, 2013, aged 82 years. Predeceased by his wife Mary; brothers: John and Frank; and sister Mary. Leaving to mourn son Gerry (Helen); grandchildren: Andrew (Sarah) and Sara (Josh Gingrich); sisters-in-law: Stella, Judy (Don Fitzpatrick) and Carol (Neville Squire); special friend and caregiver Rose Tarrant; as well as several nephews, nieces and friends. At Gerard’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation nor funeral service. Inurnment at a later date. The family will be hosting a private celebration of Gerard’s life at a time to be advised in the near future.
