MURPHY, JOHN JOSEPH JEROME - It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of J.J. Jerome Murphy, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Born on September 2, 1951 in Saint John, Jerome was the son of the late Joseph John and Mary Alice (Gallant) Murphy. He is survived by one sister, Kathleen and her husband David Oliver, of Brampton, Ont, cousin/best friend Steven Bond, of Fredericton, cousin Debbie LeBlanc, of Halifax, Barb and Bob Bond, of Saint John, one nephew, Jeremy Oliver, of Brampton, Ont. He was predeceased by one nephew, Jamie Joseph Oliver.
Resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John, with visitation on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 6 to 8pm. A graveside service will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 11:00am.
