It is with profound sadness that the family of Tammy Joy Everill, age 43, of Amherst, NS announce her sudden passing on Monday, April 22, 2013 at home.
Born in Amherst she was a daughter of Joyce (Shannon) Everill of Amherst and the late
Bob Everill.
Tammy worked at Pure Energy in Amherst for two years. She thrived on taking care of her autistic son at home.
Tammy is survived by her son Robin, brothers Paul of Amherst, Peter (Linda) Beal of Saint John, NB, Dwayne Beal of Brookdale, sisters Darlene (Brian) McGlinchey of Moncton and Kim Beal of Sackville, NB, her maternal grandmother Nellie Shannon of Amherst, her aunt Marlene "Shannon" Gould of Amherst, her aunt and uncle Ross and Geraldine of British Columbia, aunt and uncle Doris and Lawrence Shannon of Amherst and many cousins from NS and BC and nieces Caitlin,Brittany, Jessica, Rebecca and nephews Pete and Jeremy.
Besides her father she was predeceased by her maternal grandfather Shinny (Pappy) Shannon and her paternal grandparents George and Carrie (Greeno) Everill.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Campbell's Funeral Home, Amherst,
NS.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 2 p.m. in Campbell's Chapel with Rev. Byron Corkum officiating.
Memorial donations in Tammy's memory may be made to Autism Nova Scotia.
Interment will take place at a later date in the Amherst Cemetery.
