It is with deep sorrow that the family of Megan Kean announces her passing at her residence in St. John’s on April 26, 2013. Megan’s sudden death at the age of 20 years has left many in disbelief and with broken hearts. Megan was living in St. John’s while deciding on her future career path. She was known for her love of all animals particularly “Strays”. Megan is predeceased by nan Power; nan and pop Kean. Leaving to mourn parents: Brad and Sandra; brother Brandon; pop Power & Mildred and great-grandmother Power. Megan was well loved and will be forever remembered by family and a large circle of friends. Visitation is held at Sincerely Yours Funeral Home in New-Wes-Valley on Tuesday, April 30, 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m., 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.; Wednesday, May 1, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Rev. John E. K Nicolle officiating the Funeral service at the St. Alban’s Anglican Church, Badger’s Quay on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Interment was at the Anglican Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jennifer Pender of Sincerely Yours Funeral Home.
