It is with great sadness that the family of the late JOEY STAPLETON of Marystown, NL, announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, on Monday, April 29th, at the age of 33. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his Parents – Joe and Kathleen Stapleton of Marystown; Grandmother – Martha Flannigan of St. Lawrence; Brother – Jason Stapleton (Jennifer Brockerville) of Lewin’s Cove; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Joey was predeceased by his Grandparents – Lawrence and Magdalene Stapleton and Grandfather – Allan Flannigan.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown, on Saturday, May 4, at 10:00 a.m. Interment followed at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery. In Joey’s memory donations may be made to the Stapleton Family or flowers gratefully accepted.
